Return & Exchange Policy

Didn’t love the product you ordered or changed your mind after receiving it? No worries! At Nishika Collections, we understand that sometimes you may not feel the connection you expected with your purchase, and we want to ensure you love what you buy. We respect your decision to return or exchange, and offer a simple 3-step process to make it easier for you. We will issue a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value, valid for future purchases.

Return Process:

Inform: To initiate the return, please email us at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +91 9885819705 with the name and images of the product within 48 hours from the time you receive your order. We will review your request and approve the return.

Return: After receiving approval for the return, please send the product back to us within 7 days from the date of return approval. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with intact packaging. Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer. Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details once shipped.

Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, we will confirm its receipt within 24-48 hours. After a quality check, we will process a refund in the form of a coupon code or proceed with an exchange, as per your request. The coupon code will be issued via email and can be used for your next purchase.

Refund Policy:

Refund Mode: Refunds are issued as a store credit in the form of a coupon code. This code can be used for future purchases and is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Deductions: If the product is returned after 7 days of delivery, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:
○ Only unused products in original packaging are eligible for returns.
○ Any product that is damaged, used, or shipped without its original packaging will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Damaged Product Received:

Return Process: Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (only within India). If we cannot arrange pickup, you will need to ship the product back at no extra cost to you.

Resolution: Upon receiving the returned damaged product, we will either send a replacement, depending on stock availability, or issue you a refund coupon code worth the value of the damaged product.
